SchoolMessenger - Bundle Annual Base Support and Training
This service covers the support and training of SchoolMessenger's Web Communications Bundle (WCB). Dedicated WNYRIC staff provides support for SchoolMessenger’s Presence, Custom MobileApp, Communicate, and K12Social software. Districts do not need to contact the vendor, instead they work with our experienced staff familiar with the needs of local school districts.
Key components of the base service include:
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Access to a library of training materials for all WCB users
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- WCB planning assistance
- Up to two training days to use on any licensed WCB software
- Pertinent communication on topics related to websites, mobile apps, notification systems, and social media

- Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th)
- Certain data recovery and restore scenarios may incur additional charges by the WNYRIC, the vendor, or both
