SchoolMessenger - Integrated Mobile App Implementation
This service covers WNYRIC staff assisting a district with setup and implementation of SchoolMessenger's integrated Custom Mobile App (CMA). Our service includes:
- Mobile adoption planning
- Needs assessment
- Overall planning
- Orientation to CMA
- One day of training
- Implementation assistance

- Required for all districts new to SchoolMessenger’s integrated Custom Mobile App (CMA)
- Integrated Custom MobileApp integrates data at the individual student level. The basic CMA integrates content at the district and school levels. Please refer to code 650.826.45 for basic CMA implementation services.
- Source data systems such as student, transportation, attendance, schedule, library, etc.
- Data integration capabilities – may incur additional costs
- Provide contact person to work with WNYRIC and SchoolMessenger personnel
- Attend all meetings for the setup of CMA
- Website content must be entered in the correct format prior to the launch of CMA
- Develop a plan to market and promote CMA
- Determine a go-live date
- Provide access to desired data sources
- Perform any required data changes and data entry to work with the integrated mobile app
- Comply with laws and regulations regarding data and usage
- Conduct planning sessions and assessments
- Work with vendor and the district to schedule required meetings
- Assist district in determining data sources
