SchoolMessenger - Communicate Implementation

Required for all districts new to SchoolMessenger Communicate.

1. Data integration requires source data systems such as student, HR/Finance, transportation, attendance, etc. Data integration capabilities in those systems may incur additional costs

1. District to provide contact person to work with WNYRIC and vendor personnel
2. Attend all meetings for the setup of Communicate
3. If using source systems for contact information, data must be entered in the correct format prior to the launch of Communicate
4. Develop a plan to market and promote the Communicate system
5. Determine a go-live date
6. Provide access to desired data sources as necessary

1. Conduct planning sessions and assessments
2. Work with vendor and the district to schedule required meetings
3. Assist district in determining data sources
