SchoolMessenger - Communicate Implementation
This service covers the planning and implementation of SchoolMessenger's Communicate mass notification software. Service includes:
- Notification adoption planning
- Needs assessment
- Overall planning
- Orientation to Communicate
- One day of training

Required for all districts new to SchoolMessenger Communicate.
- Data integration requires source data systems such as student, HR/Finance, transportation, attendance, etc. Data integration capabilities in those systems may incur additional costs
- District to provide contact person to work with WNYRIC and vendor personnel
- Attend all meetings for the setup of Communicate
- If using source systems for contact information, data must be entered in the correct format prior to the launch of Communicate
- Develop a plan to market and promote the Communicate system
- Determine a go-live date
- Provide access to desired data sources as necessary
- Conduct planning sessions and assessments
- Work with vendor and the district to schedule required meetings
- Assist district in determining data sources
